Dr. Carol was born and raised in Hong Kong. She moved to Canada when she was thirteen where she finished her high school diploma, and completed a Bachelor degree in biochemistry and a Master degree in molecular biology. 

 

Dr. Carol has had many pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, turtles, and frogs. She decided to pursue a veterinary science degree to fill in the missing gap between her love for animals, medicine and sciences. After completing her veterinary degree with honours at the University of Melbourne in 2009, Dr. Carol found her passion in internal medicine and has completed post-graduate certifications in feline medicine, ultrasonography and cardiorespiratory disease. Dr. Carol has extensive experience having worked in multiple large 24-hours hospitals across Hong Kong.

 

In her spare time, Dr. Carol enjoys reading, exercising, cooking and listening to music.

 

獸醫李家鳳Carol，在香港出生及成長，於13歲時移居加拿大，在當地完成中學教育，及後考獲生物化學學士及分子生物學碩士學位。

Carol飼養過不少寵物，包括貓、狗、兔、倉鼠、魚、烏龜及青蛙，為了將她所喜愛的動物、醫學及科學共冶一爐，遂決心進修獸醫學，並於2009年在澳洲墨爾本大學考取獸醫學榮譽學位。因着對內科醫學的興趣，繼而還完成了貓科醫學、超聲波檢查及心肺科疾病研究生證書課程。

Carol曾任職本港幾間具規模的廿四小時動物醫院，有廣泛的臨床工作經驗。

工餘時， Carol亦喜愛閱讀、烹飪及聽音樂。

Dr. Tim Ngor Kai Hong   |   柯啟康 獸醫

Dr. Tim was born in Hong Kong and spent a number of years living in New Zealand and Australia. He completed his veterinary degree with first class honours at the University of Melbourne in 2012, after which he worked in a busy small animal practice in Melbourne for several years. Dr. Tim moved back home to Hong Kong in 2016 and worked as senior veterinary surgeon at a large busy 24-hour hospital and emergency centre before joining the PawSure team in October 2021.

 

Dr. Tim has a special interest in both small animal medicine and surgery and has completed multiple post-graduate certifications in these areas. In 2019, he obtained his Master of Veterinary Medicine (Companion Animal) with a first class pass at the Massey University. Dr. Tim is also a certified veterinary acupuncturist.

 

Outside of work, Dr. Tim is an avid football player and regularly follows the English Premier League. He also enjoys sightseeing, good food and spending time with friends and family.

 

Dr. Tim is fluent in both Cantonese and English. He is keen to help your pets with any problems they may have!

 

獸醫柯啟康Tim，在香港出生，青少年時曾在紐西蘭、澳洲居住及就學，於2012年在澳洲墨爾本大學完成獸醫課程，並取得一級榮譽學位，及後在當地一所繁忙的小動物診所工作了幾年。

Tim於2016年返回香港，在一所大規模的動物醫院及廿四小時急診中心任職資深獸醫，於2021年10月加入寵誠醫療團隊。

Tim對內科醫學及手術特別感興趣，並在這範疇取得相關的研究生資歷；他於2019年考獲紐西蘭梅西大學獸醫學的一級碩士學位，並且是一位合資格的動物針灸師。

工餘時， Tim熱愛足球，是英格蘭超級足球聯賽的忠實球迷，他亦喜愛旅遊、美食、及享受與家人好友共聚。

Tim能操流利廣東話及英語，渴望幫助閣下的寵物，解決任何健康問題。
